Todd Paine, Owner

Starting at age 18, I embarked on a journey that has led me through small and large scale construction in a variety of shapes and sizes. I have learned mostly from trial by fire and know what it takes to create a high quality product I can be proud of for years to come. I focus my efforts every day on creating a lasting legacy for family and my products.

Cassie Paine, Owner & Design

Navigating this complicated world of construction projects has proven difficult yet rewarding. Whenever I am able to start with something drab and end with the perfect blend of colors, fixtures and finishes, it makes the whole process worth it.  Attention to every detail is where I shine and refuse to sacrifice quality for schedule or budget.

Ottis Roysden,

Relationships are the key to productivity. I bring respect and integrity into every interaction I have from the homeowner to the subcontractor, and especially the neighbors. Hard work and persistence pay off when you produce such high quality products.

Ely Mandle,

Growing up I always worked in the construction industry and knew I wanted to make a career in it. Surrounding myself with the best in the industry and diving into the details has been a key in learning what it takes to manage and produce a great product.

Nicole Flatt,

I feel so lucky to be able to marry my passion with my work every day as I help design our homes. While I love working on a wide range of styles, Mid-Century Modern is where I really shine and what I most enjoy. I’m excited to take this journey and hope my input can make a lasting positive impression on the homeowner and the neighborhood.

My family is my highest calling and I strive to live my life in a way that will not only make them proud but also in honor of God. My work ethic is the foundation on which I build my witness through relationships. I deeply respect and admire fine craftsmanship  and diligently set high standards to be counted among them.
